The BEFLOWTY platform is a technological tool that, using the Internet, facilitates intermediation between teachers, mentors, educators; and in general, people who, having reliably declared the knowledge of a particular subject, seek to make said academic resources available to third parties (hereinafter, the “EDUCATOR”) and Users who require academic service through the use of a technological and mobile platform of BEFLOWTY (hereinafter, the “Website” and/or “Application”), such operation being understood for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions as the “Service”, which is executed through a mandate contract, where the EDUCATOR acts as agent and the User acts as principal in this relationship. BEFLOWTY acts at all times as a third-party intermediary between Educators and Users. Likewise, you acknowledge that BEFLOWTY does not provide education or logistics services. Under no circumstances will EDUCATORS be considered employees of BEFLOWTY. The EDUCATORS provide the Service at their own risk and expense and release BEFLOWTY from any liability that may arise during the provision of the Service.

CLAUSES:

1. The duration of the private class session is 50 minutes.

2. Payment for the class is only processed when the student confirms that the class was held. It is important to remind them that they have to confirm it, if the student does not do so despite insistence, the teacher must contact BEFLOWTY support to validate with the student and/or take other respective measures. The deadline to clarify the incident has a maximum of 48 hours.

3. If the student does not cancel the class 12 hours in advance, the teacher has the right to claim payment as if the class had been held, if the student Contact the teacher after 12 noon before it is at the teacher's discretion to agree with the student at another time in order to complete the class.

4. If the teacher does not attend their scheduled session, they will not receive any payment and the credit will be returned to the student. BEFLOWTY support will contact them to know what happened and it will be counted as 1 negative point to the attention performance, if you miss a second time it will be counted as 2 points and if you accumulate the 3rd miss you will be suspended from the platform for 7 days without the option to schedule or be scheduled.

5. If the student commits any lack of respect or any other nature, the teacher must report it to BEFLOWTY support to take corrective measures.

6. If the teacher has any problems with the use of the zoom platform, he will have the freedom to use any other virtual means in order to carry out the class.

7. It is prohibited for the teacher to share personal information in the platform chat, if this were detected by the BEFLOWTY team in future audits this would merit to a sanction between 3 to 7 days or if it is a repeat offender, to expulsion from the platform.

The specific terms and conditions for each button described in this chapter must be interpreted together with the General Terms and Conditions of BEFLOWTY, as well as those specifically developed by BEFLOWTY for promotions, campaigns and other activities carried out through the virtual platform.

For all purposes, the term User refers to the person requesting services.
